This page has videos files and explanations for creating a complete project finance model from A-Z.  If you want to become a really efficient and advanced modeller for project finance modelling you can watch the videos and try to work through the exercies.  A warning though.  These project finance modelling videos are not five minute videos that you can watch on your phone while riding the metro. I have tried to cover both basic and advanced concepts all the way from timelines to resolving circular references associated with DSRA accounts.  I have also tried to include a bit of theory in the videos and also demonstrated what are bad practices that you should avoid.
