Making Graphs that Can Display Annual, Quarterly or Monthly Data

Sometimes you may want to make graphs that display data in different time increments. To do this I think you need to first create one or a number of series using the AVERAGEIF function. Then you can graph data with the OFFSET function or the #N/A method. The file below demonstrates this in the context of hourly prices in the Philippines market.
