I have included a few models of upstream oil projects on this page. These projects sometimes involve complex production sharing agreements and/or loan terms that involve production payment covenants, or cash sweeps derived from reserve estimates. In addition to the financial models, I have created some power point slides that describe how to create a model of a reserve based loan that includes excerpts of a term sheet.
